Im having fun with this super cute set by Kim Hughes. I used the Love sentiment and heart image to make my dp which is something I havent done in a LONG time! I added some dots to the paper using SU tempting turquiose marker to fill in some of the white spaces in my dp. I pulled the colors from the ribbon and colored the images and my dp using gamsol magic. I added some highlights to the birds using my white gel pen. I used SU circle punches and circle nesties to cut out my images.Im so behind on the OCC challenges that today I combined 3 along with todays inspiration challenge. For my OCC challenges I used my ribbon for todays embellishment challenge, last weeks crazy for hearts challenge, and this sketch. I was inspired by this candy striped lampshade b/c it reminded me of the paradise punch striped ribbon from doodlebug designs.
Have a great weekend! My plans for this weekend are to stamp away!!LOL! We are going out of town next weekend so Im going to try to pack all the stamping I can into this weekend.
