My best birthday was my 22nd...I had to work but my friends (who were all working too) sent in a clown to serenade me...it was nice to be remembered.

Count me in on this yummy candy.
One of my favorite birthdays was for my DH. We did a New Kids on the Block theme at the bowling alley. The family went early and decorated the lanes and the bowling alley put her name on the sign outside. She thought she was the coolest birthday girl ever.
Thanks for a chance.

The birthday party I remember the most, was when my daughter turned 9. During one of the games, we had to put a blindfold on each girl and they tried to knock down a pinata. The next day, I found lice in my daughter's hair, so had to call each mother to check their daughter's heads over the next week. It was very embarrassing.

Thanks for the chance at your yummy hoppy candy!!! My b'day memory was for my brother's 50th party. He is a single dad of 3 handsome boys and the greatest!!!
He's always there when we need him, will take his shirt off his back for anyone. Anyhow,so we got the family together at the cottage and told his boys to bug him to come to the cottage, thank goodness he said yes, cause we we're all waiting for him. He was surpised and so happy,we had so much fun!
Signing kareoke, playing games, eat and be merry!!

My daughters 8th bday was the most memorable. We went to a quaint little tea shop called the Spicery. They dressed up in dresses, plumes, beads, hats and paraded around the other patrons. They made key chains and played old maid & each had different tea cups & were served juice & little finger sandwiches. Fun!

Fun candy!!! My fav. birthday was when I turned 21 and was legally able to drink alcohol. It was on Thanksgiving Day. I went downtown to get my first drink at a bar and found them all to be closed. Except one....a biker bar. I walked in, turned around and walked out and went home!
Thanks!

My daughter's 4th birthday party, I was 7 months pregnant and on my feet when I was suppose to be bed ridden. I was relieved when the party was over, because I was having contractions and ready to deliver my son.

What a great idea for blog candy and great blog candy besides! Thanks!
My most memorable birthday was a sad but touching one. It was my 24th birthday and it was the year my Dad passed away. Dad was laid to rest on November 22 and my birthday was November 24. I had decided not to celebrate it that year as I was just too sad. On the evening of the 24th my doorbell rang and when I opened the door. All my friends were outside with a homemade birthday cake. They said that Dad would not have wanted me to miss my birthday because of him. It just made me realize how lucky I was to have such wonderful friends and such a wonderful Father. I have been blessed. That was 26 years ago this December I still miss him..and yes..do the math..I'll be 50 this year..yuck! :)

I don't celebrate a lot of birthdays, but my 18th was special. I was in our first year of university and I could invite everyone from secundary school to celebrate my adulthood with lots of beer!

Hi!
Gosh, I'm trying to think about a birthday memory and I'm just coming up blank. I always love everyone else's birthday but hate my own!! My daughter turns 13 in April, so I'm going to have to come up with something pretty special! At least I've got a little bit of time left!
Thanks for a chance at a great prize!

I hate my own birthdays, so one of my favorites was my daughter's 11th birthday. A limo took her & about 6 of her friends to the lake where we used to have our boat docked. The girls spent the day riding the boat and swimming.

Sahnnon, I am so glad you have wonderful memories of that day. I tried really hard to make each day special but birhtday's even more so.
I have many bds that really stick out. You may not remember everything about that birthday but what I do remember was you received a pair of $4 earings from your Dad and MIL for your 16th bd. I have spent most of your life trying to overcompensate for him.
Another one is your sisters 1st birthday at Fulwood Park with the babysitter and her kids (wont go there will we.
Your 23rd is definetly the scarest to remember, but 50th was the greatest of all.
Please do not enter me in the blog candy. Just thought I would share some bd memories.
