Bubble Love

Excuse the shadows on my pic!LOL! I went to my Mom's playroom yesterday and I stamped some more High Hope images. This little girls is just so cute to me! I used Beate's wsc29 again. I colored the main image with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol. I also added stickles to all the bubbles on the main image and the circle image. Im keeping it pretty short today so I'll list the recipe.

Stamps: all images High hopes-bubble love, sentiment, and bubbles, SU Polka dot background
Ink: black stazon, bashful blue
Paper: certainly celery, bashful blue, rose red, white, regal rose
Other: celery ribbon from Taylors share, dimensionals, scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, prismacolors pencils to match cs colors, gamsol, stumps, diamond stickles.
